Here we have one of the slightly undersized lines - definitely pre-scale-creep! He measures in at a modest 14 mm from sole to eye.

Dem Bones - The Anatomy: The overall proportions here are fairly good. The hands are a bit large but don’t really detract from the

figure that much. The arms and legs look good, and the feet are big enough. The face is clear and he really looks like he’s aiming. His coat sleeves are definitely too bulky - his forearm is as big as his shin. In another pose this could look awful, but here it works well enough.

Everybody Vogue: A pose by any other name would look as sweet? Sorry, couldn’t resist. I like this pose very much. The details of it are very nice - the hand runs under the musket sling, the balance in the legs looks good and the angle of the head really conveys the sense of aiming the musket very carefully.

Do Those Buttons Read USA or USB? The detail on this figure is pretty good. The kepi seems accurate based on my (limited) reference and the musket is easy to make out. No scrambled eggs anywhere in sight. I like the addition of the mess cup (which I painted brass just for fun). The hair is long and a bit wild which gives the figure some character, and the boots have some detail as well (lack of detail in the footwear is a pet peeve of mine).
