Peter Pig does not make a Napoleonics line, and until these samples arrived, I had never laid eyes on them.  I have to say I like themSBS ACW 15 Inf Pig2 quite a bit. They measure in (at least this one does) at  15 mm from eye to sole, and generally score high on all my criteria.

Dem Bones - The Anatomy: The only negative I see is the hands - they are too large for what is otherwise an excellent figure. The face has some character and would reward better painting skills than mine. Everything else - the torso, legs, feet, and head all seem to be from the same person.

Everybody Vogue: I like the pose as well. The legs are spread butSBS ACW 15 Inf PIg3 not overly so. The elbows look to be in the right places. Overall this figure looks very nice both from a distance as well as close up.

Do Those Buttons Read USA or USB? This is a figure with a high-drama sculpting style. The folds in the clothes are strong and deep, making for an easily highlighted figure. This figure also has a few little touches that add to the appeal. The open jacket with a nicely detailed shirt. The jacket tail resting on the cartridge box where it has been pushed back. Everything is crisp, easy to find, and a pleasure to paint.

The Reserves: Other Figures

Like the figure above, I liked this one, even though it is in the overstated style I generally avoid.
